JGC Algeria contract for multi-disciplinary engineering services with Groupement Sonatrach-ENI (GSE) started in September 2022 and is ongoing to this day.
Our services cover the following :
- Flow Assurance & offsite engineering
- CPF Brownfield Modifications
- Infrastructures
The flow assurance and offsite work consists mainly of the following:
- Flow Assurance studies to ensure efficient and uninterrupted transportation of hydrocarbons from reservoir to processing facility. The flow assurance include both steady state and transient state analyses implementing hydrate formation, corrosion, and blowdown studies.
- Wells hookup (Oil and Gas Producer wells with Gas lift systems, Gas injector wells, Water injector wells).
- FEED study for the installation of multiphase pumps to export production to CPF.
- Detail engineering for the installation of flowlines, trunklines, manifolds, block valve stations.
CPF work consist mainly of the following:
- Feasibility studies regarding extinction systems, gas Turbine Motor driven replacement
- Conceptual study for flare gas recovery system including CAPEX/OPEX estimates
- FEED study for the installation of a new flare gas recovery unit
- FEED study for the revamping of CPF control systems
- FEED study for CPF upgrade
- Detail engineering for the installation of new fuel gas heater
- Detail engineering for the installation of gas chromatograph
- Process safety studies (HAZOP, what-if sessions …etc)
Finally, the infrastructures services cover mainly the following:
- Feasibility study to raise the existing 30 kV electrical lines to a regulatory and secure height to allow rigging equipment to pass safely
- Electrification and rehabilitation of the electrical network for GSE camps
